Downton Abbey Wins Creative Arts Emmy Awards

The Primetime Emmy Awards are on Sunday, September 23, at 7e/4p on ABC and Downton Abbey is up for a record number of awards but Downton Abbey is already an Emmy winner!!!  The Creative Arts Emmys were this past Saturday and Downton Abbey won two awards.

Anne “Nosh” Oldham & Christine Greenwood  won for Hairstyling for a Single-Camera Series  (anyone who styles O’Brien’s bangs deserves an Emmy – just saying) and John Lunn won for Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score).

John Lunn accepts the award for Outstanding Music Composition for a Series (Original Dramatic Score) onstage at the 64th Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live

Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees!!!

Highlights from the Creative Arts Emmys will air Saturday, September 22, at 8e/8p on ReelzChannel.

And don’t miss my live tweets on Sunday during the Emmy awards @DowntonDame starting with the red carpet.
