Anyone else tired of trying to get your Avengers fix by watching clips of YouTube that were obviously filmed in a movie theater? Well, you’re in luck as Marvel has released a few clips from the movie (including the first scene in the credits, featuring Thanos). They also released a clip from the short film Item 47, which will be included in The Avengers Blu-Ray.
So happy that Marvel released these clips to tide us over until The Avengers is released on Blu-Ray and DVD on September 25th. To watch all of the clips, click here.

Andrea Cremer, known for her young adult series Nightshade, has inked a deal with Penguin to pen a trilogy of adult erotica novels.
According to Publishers Weekly the adult novels will be set in the Nightshade world. The first book in the series is set for release in October 2013 and will be about the lives, passions, and betrayals of lovers whose very desires invite their dooms. This is an interesting addition to the Nightshade series which will also have a young adult prequel, Rift, which is set to release next week.
Maybe I am the only one who doesn’t think that this is a good idea. But I am sure that some do. What are your thoughts?
Glee’s Cory Monteith has booked himself a movie role. According to The Press Association…
Cory Monteith is set to star on the big screen in new action drama McCanick.
The Glee star will play a young criminal released from prison, showing Canadian actor Cory in a very different light to well-meaning hero Finn in the hit musical show that has made him famous, Variety reports.
David Morse will star as drugs detective Eugene “Mack” McCanick, who reacts with violence and paranoia when he learns that Cory’s character, a seemingly harmless young criminal, is out of jail.
Over the course of one long, hot day, Mack and his partner, played by Brandon Routh, try everything they can to hunt him down, believing he holds the secret to a truth from Mack’s past.
The film, directed by Josh C Waller and scripted by Daniel Noah, will aim to echo the classic cop films of the 70s such as The French Connection and Serpico
